Our Mission as custom home builders is to develop homes and communities that uphold the values of homebuyers and increase in value over time. Our staff is dedicated to creating communities that are right for the particular environment while also fulfilling the homeowner’s need for comforting, convenient and energy-efficient homes.

Vintage Residential was founded by its owners, David Alexander and Alvin Childs, in July of 2006.  Over twenty years ago, David and Al created Vintage Realty Company, one of the south’s most successful full service real estate firms.  Vintage Realty specializes in leasing, management, and brokerage of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties.  The hard work and dedication from David, Al, and their employees has made Vintage Realty a cornerstone company of the south. 

This same dedication and commitment has continued with Vintage Residential LLC. Since 1987, David and Al passed on many opportunities to help develop and grow residential markets in Northwest Louisiana. So with the creation of Vintage Residential, these opportunities and visions can now become realities. 

The homes that fill these communities are carefully designed and are built with quality materials by qualified individuals.  Our goal is to mirror the success of Vintage Realty by making Vintage Residential one of the south’s leading residential development firms.
