Justin Sevier joined the Vintage Realty team to further enhance their goal of community development in south. He will oversee projects geared toward everything from low-income, workforce housing communities up to higher income custom developments. Before coming to Vintage, he worked for two and a half years in Baton Rouge for Louisiana’s largest homebuilder, PCC Homes, where he served as Project Supervisor on three of South Louisiana’s most successful subdivisions. All three subdivisions were located in Livingston Parish and ranged in size from 130 to 220 individual lots. PCC Homes was acquired by D.R Horton out of Fort Worth, TX in March of 2006, and Justin chose to pursue his goals with the Vintage family in May. Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from LSU in the fall of 2003 with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration.

David Alexander has over 23 years experience in the commercial real estate business. He has completed numerous brokerage assignments for various national and local clients such as Aetna Insurance Company, Bank of America, Travelers Insurance Company and Home Savings of America. These sales include regional shopping malls, multifamily communities, CBD office towers / suburban office parks and tracts of land ranging from small restaurant pad sites to acreage for large retailers such as WalMart. Alexander was in charge of the development and lease-up in 1996 of Shreveport's first apartment community in nine years — Champion Lake Apartment Homes. Based upon the tremendous success of Champion Lake, Alexander opened River Walk Apartment Homes, Shreveport, LA in October, 2002. Then again in August, 2003, Audubon Lake Apartment Homes, Lafayette, LA; March, 2005, Nelson Pointe Apartment Homes, Lake Charles, LA; May, 2005, The Village at Fountain Lake Apartment Homes, Gonzales, LA; and November, 2005, the Village at Westlake, Shreveport, LA. Alexander is also responsible for Vintage Realty Company’s efforts to acquire existing Class “A” multifamily product in the southern region. A 225-unit community, The Grove at Pleasant Valley Apartment Homes in Little Rock, AR was acquired in October, 2003. Alexander is a 1980 graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Business Administration.
Alvin Childs, Jr.

Alvin Childs has 36 years of commercial real estate experience including the development and/or renovation of office and retail projects and the acquisition and syndication of retail, office and industrial real estate properties in Northwest Louisiana. Childs recently co-developed Shoppes at Bellemead, the region’s only lifestyle retail center with Chico’s, WhiteHouse|BlackMarket, Ann Taylor Loft, Coldwater Creek, James Avery, and Talbots. Childs is actively involved in the continuing growth and betterment of the Shreveport/Bossier City area, with a high degree of concern for the downtown area. He has served as the President of the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, the Committee of One Hundred, and Chairman of Sci-Port Discovery Museum. He has also served as a Board member for the Greater Shreveport Economic Development Foundation, the Neighborhood Housing Services, the Shreveport Symphony and the Shreveport Summer Music Festival. In 1982 he was elected a Rising Young Business Leader. He served as a member of the Mineral Board of the State of Louisiana from 1988-1992. Alvin Childs, Jr. is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with B.S. in Commerce. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
