Justin Sevier joined the Vintage Realty team to further enhance their goal of community development in south. He will oversee projects geared toward everything from low-income, workforce housing communities up to higher income custom developments.
Before coming to Vintage, he worked for two and a half years in Baton Rouge for Louisiana’s largest homebuilder, PCC Homes, where he served as Project Supervisor on three of South Louisiana’s most successful subdivisions. All three subdivisions were located in Livingston Parish and ranged in size from 130 to 220 individual lots. PCC Homes was acquired by D.R Horton out of Fort Worth, TX in March of 2006, and Justin chose to pursue his goals with the Vintage family in May.
Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from LSU in the fall of 2003 with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration.
Pam Smith

Pam Smith joined Vintage Realty Company in 2004 as an assistant to Alvin Childs. In 2008, she joined Vintage Residential as an office administrator.
Before coming to Vintage, she lived in Dallas, Texas. Pam worked in the homebuilding industry for twelve years where she served as accounting supervisor, closing coordinator and office manager for both volume builders as well as custom builders.

Ashley Powers graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1999. Though his early career focused primarily on multi-family housing, he enjoys working on a variety of residential and commercial projects from remodeling to custom home building. His years of experience in both the construction and insurance industries have allowed Ashley to develop a solid background in project management and sales, including planning, scheduling, communication, contractor coordination, budgeting, personnel management and owner relations.
