January 2012 - Justin Sevier is named to Top 40 under 40 by Professional Builder's Magazine's editors. Look for him in their March 2012 issue!

November 2011 - 7 new Chesnut Park Townhomes break ground.

October 2011 - Provenance launches new website and joins Facebook and Twitter @ProvenanceTND.

August 2011 - Provenance partners with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for the Dream Home Giveaway and helps to raise over 1.4 million dollars.

January 4, 2010 - Clearing has begun at RiverScape off of Clyde Fant Parkway.

July, 2009 - Chestnut Park plans introduced.

December 31, 2008 - First phase of townhomes complete.

October 3, 2008 - First group of cottages complete.

April 30th, 2008- Construction begins on two custom cottages, a large custom home, and continuous on previous cottages.

April 18, 2008 - Vintage Residential announces that it will participate in the HBA's Parade of Homes.

April 3, 2008 - First two cottages are sold.

March 14, 2008 - Construction complete on two customs and first two cottages in Provenance.

September 15, 2007 - Construction begins on four Provenance Cottages, a large custom home, and a custom townhome.

August 10, 2007 - First six plans finalized for Provenance Cottages.

June 1, 2007 First townhomes are completed and sold.

January 17, 2007 - Construction begins on Provenance townhomes.
